How to Clear Browsing Data

This guide will cover how to clear your browsing data, cache and cookies for Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome.

Microsoft Edge

Here is how to clear your browser cached data in Edge.

  1. Put edge://settings/clearbrowserdata in the address bar for Edge. Then under Delete browsing data > Clear browsing data now select Choose what to clear.

  2. Change the Time range to All time

  3. Check Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files, then click on Clear now.

  4. Then close out of Edge completely and reopen it.

Google Chrome

Here is how to clear your browser cached data in Chrome.

  1. At the top right, click More. Delete browsing data.

  2. Choose a time range of All time. Then select Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files . Then select Delete data.

  3. Then close out of Chrome completely and reopen
